Shipping Policy
Made to order. Every SI91 item is printed just for you after you order. We don't keep stock on a shelf.
Where we ship: the United States, Canada and Australia. We hope to add more countries soon.
Shipping cost: calculated at checkout from your location and items, and paid by the customer. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Estimated times (estimates only, not guarantees):
- Production: usually 2–5 business days.
- United States delivery: usually 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International delivery: usually 10–30 business days after shipping.
Customs, duties and taxes: international orders may be charged customs duties, taxes or import fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the buyer's responsibility. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.
Multiple items: items in one order may be printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking: once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Check your address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change it once your order goes to production. If a package is undeliverable because of a wrong or incomplete address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
Holiday orders: for holiday delivery, please order by early December. We post exact dates each season.
